Both the CBFC and the Catholic Congress challenged this decision, but the Division Bench dismissed the appeals. 三 | 为有效防范猴痘疫情输入我国，保障国内公共卫生安全，中国海关总署迅速响应，于8月15日正式发布了海关总署公告2024年第107号——《关于防止猴痘疫情传入我国的公告》。公告要点概览：01 人员检测措施 自公告发布之日起，中国海关将对所有来自猴痘疫情发生国家（地区）的入境人员实施严格的Mpox病毒检测。这一举措旨在第一时间发现并隔离潜在病例，切断病毒传播途径。02 货物与交通工具卫生处理 针对来自疫情国家的交通运输工具（包括飞机、船舶、火车等）、集装箱、货物及物品，中国海关将严格按照既定程序进行卫生处理，以防止被污染的物品携带病毒入境。03 实施期限 上述检测与卫生处理措施将在未来六个月内持续有效，中国海关总署将根据疫情发展态势适时调整防控策略。

四 | 猴痘来袭 应该如何防范？ 01 猴痘的传播途径 猴痘病毒主要通过以下几种方式传播：动物传人：直接接触感染动物的病变渗出物、血液或其他体液，或被感染动物咬伤、抓伤，均可能感染猴痘病毒。人传人：人与人之间的密切接触是主要传播方式，飞沫传播和接触被病毒污染的物品也存在风险。此外，胎盘垂直传播和性传播的可能性尚待进一步证实。

五 | 物传人：接触被病毒污染的物品同样可能成为感染途径。

六 | 02 易感人群 猴痘病毒对人群普遍易感，但既往接种过天花疫苗的人群可能具有一定程度的交叉保护力。03 猴痘的临床表现 猴痘的潜伏期通常为5-21天，多数患者在6-13天内发病。早期症状包括寒战、高热（体温多超过38.5℃）、头痛、嗜睡、乏力、背部疼痛和肌痛等。随后，颈部、腋窝、腹股沟等部位的淋巴结会肿大。发病后1-3天，面部开始出现皮疹，并逐渐蔓延至全身，经历斑疹、丘疹、疱疹、脓疱疹到结痂的变化过程，整个病程约2-4周。部分患者可能出现继发感染、支气管肺炎、脑炎等并发症。

七 | 04 治疗与预后 目前，国内尚无特异性抗猴痘病毒药物，治疗主要集中于对症支持和并发症的处理。

八 | 大多数猴痘病例症状会在2-4周内自行消失。

九 | 猴痘为自限性疾病，整体预后良好，但年幼儿童、免疫功能低下人群及并发症严重者可能面临较高风险。05 个人预防 (一)提高意识： 关注国内外猴痘疫情信息，避免与疑似或确诊患者密切接触。(二)卫生习惯： 养成良好的个人卫生习惯，勤洗手，保持环境清洁与消毒。(三)避免接触： 避免在高发国家与野生动物直接接触，不食用未经煮熟的野生动物产品。(四)疫苗接种： 由于存在交叉免疫，接种天花疫苗可提供一定程度的预防作用。(五)高危群体注意： 男男同性性行为者应增强防护意识，减少高危行为，做好自我健康监测。
